Tyler earned his law degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and his B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. While in law school, Tyler was an active member of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Board advocacy team, where he placed as a finalist or semi-finalist in numerous national advocacy competitions. Tyler was placed on the honor roll for three semesters in law school and won the book award for Remedies.

Prior to representing homeowners and injured parties at the Wites Law Firm, Tyler spent years representing insurance companies and corporations in defending against property damage, professional liability, and general liability claims. These years of experience working with insurance companies and corporations helped him learn the ins and outs of how these companies evaluate cases to better help those he represents at the Wites & Rogers Law Firm.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, and watching Florida State football.
