Brandon J. Weitzman is a Florida insurance litigation attorney with Wites & Rogers who focuses his practice on home and commercial property damage disputes, hurricane and windstorm claims, personal injury litigation, investor recovery, and complex civil matters throughout South Florida.
Brandon is a former insurance defense attorney who now represents policyholders, injured individuals, and investors in high-stakes litigation against insurance companies and financial institutions. Prior to joining Wites & Rogers, he was a Partner and Business Unit Leader at a statewide insurance defense firm, where he directed a litigation practice overseeing more than 300 property damage insurance cases through trial readiness.
He worked directly with insurance carriers, claims adjusters, corporate representatives, and defense counsel in evaluating claim exposure, interpreting policy language, setting reserves, and developing litigation strategy. He understands how insurance companies evaluate denied and underpaid property damage claims, and he now uses that insight to aggressively advocate for homeowners, condominium associations, and commercial property owners across Florida.
