Wites & Rogers founder Marc A. Wites was selected as a Florida Super Lawer for 2011. According to Super Lawyers, a rating service for outstanding lawyers, “Super Lawyers magazine names attorneys in each state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research… [A] rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. ”
Marc was selected for Super Lawyers in 2009 through 2011. He also was elected to Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine in 2011, as well as 2006-2010. Like Super Lawyers, Legal Elite are chosen by their peers and, according to Florida Trend Magazine, represent “approximately 2% of the more than 66,000 active Florida Bar members practicing in Florida.”
